Mr. A.K. Sharma is the founder member of Aqil & Sharma Associates. He is a fellow Chartered
Accountant with a rich experience of 32 years in the field of Outsourcing of Accounting, Direct Indirect Taxation & auditing. He has good exposure in the field of Tax/Statutory/Internal Auditing of various sectors along with Goods &Service Tax. He handles various issues with equal ease but his core expertise lies in Direct/Indirect Taxation and statutory audit of various sectors. He also looks after all the income tax cases and has a rich experience in dealing with Income Tax Authorities. Also, he has a rich experience in Bank Audits including statutory audit, revenue audit, concurrent audit and stock audit of various branches of public sector banks.

Ms. Safia is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has an experience of 5 years in the field of accounting and taxation. She has good exposure in the field of concurrent, statutory, revenue audits of the banking sector; she is well versed in the field of internal, statutory compliance of organization as well as internal and statutory audits of organization.
